HR Manager

is looking for an HR Manager to join our team.
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
This position will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management of employees.
The HR Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
These laws may or may not pertain to OSHA or OSHA standards.
Essential Functions:
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
Recruiters will be responsible for the recruitment process including interviewing, orientations, and training.
Onboard new employees into the company and ensure that employees are compliant with all company policies.
Develop and implement performance management plans to reward employees for their performance.
Oversee the employee database to ensure that all employees are entered into the appropriate databases.
Oversee the employee benefit plans such as 401K, Profit Sharing, etc.
to ensure that all employees are eligible for these plans before their first day of employment.
Oversee the payroll process to ensure that all employees are paid on time and accurately.
Oversee employee leave scheduling including all annual leave requests including long-term disability, short-term disability, medical leave, etc.
Oversee employee benefits such as health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, 401K plan participation, etc.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits or payroll questions.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written & oral) with a strong interest in working in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail in a high-pressure environment with strong analytical skills & good organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment & work well under pressure & deadlines.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/ Outlook/WordPerfect/Access).
