The ideal Parts Specialist will have a minimum 1 year of sales experience, technical knowledge, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, be very well-organized, able to work with customers and their RV needs, and strive for profitability in all aspects of the department.
Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by going above and beyond customers' expectations.
Immediately handle any escalated issues in a thorough and timely manner.
Help answer phones and assist parts customers with individual needs.
Keep and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Up-sell accessories to customers Maintain and operate small retail/accessory store Understand and execute smart inventory controls Job Requirements Qualifications for Parts Specialist:
1 or more years of sales experience in related field preferred Able to answer multi-line phones Excellent verbal and written communication between customers & employees Organized and able to prioritize work according to status Pay will depend on qualifications and experience Job Type:
